Auburn man caught speeding through Seneca Falls with no license

On Friday at approximately 3:40 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Roderick G. Henry, age 40 of Auburn, for unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operation in the 2nd degree, and speed over 55 in zone following a traffic stop on SR 5 in the Town of Seneca Falls.

During the stop, it was discovered that Henry’s driving privileges were revoked and suspended for numerous violations. Henry was also found to be in possession of marijuana.

Henry was arraigned at the Town of Tyre Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail/ $1000 bond. He is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on September 1 at 5:00 pm.
