Driver was intoxicated at time of accident; passengers uninjured

A Littleton, Colorado resident was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated after an investigation into a rollover accident on State Route 21 in the Town of Canandaigua.

Deputies say that Michael Hanson Schandle, 22, of Littleton, Colorado was charged with aggravated DWI after an accident on State Route 21. Both individuals in the car were uninjured, but Schandle was taken into custody without incident.

He submitted to a chemical breath test, which revealed that he was driving with a BAC of .24%. He was remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $750 cash bail or $1,000 secured bond.

He will answer the charges at a later date in Canandaigua Town Court.
