Three men charged in major marijuana bust in Sempronius

Three men have been charged with growing more than 100 marijuana plants in the town of Sempronius, according to the Cayuga County District Attorney’s Office. Cole R. Dorward, Charles “CJ” C. Bush and Joseph J. Bean were arraigned in Cayuga County criminal court Thursday on sealed indictments, charging them with two felonies — first-degree criminal possession of marijuana and fourth-degree conspiracy — and misdemeanor unlicensed growing of cannabis.
