Glickman bumped off of New York Senate ticket again in 55th District

Steve Glickman, the 27-year-old Democrat running for the 55th District seat in the New York State Senate, on Tuesday lost his case to be on the ballot. The Court of Appeals ruled Glickman ineligible for the ballot due to a residency requirement. By law, a Senate candidate must live in New York state for five years prior to election.
