Trial date set for Waterloo man charged with theft of safe containing $95K from Geneva home

A new trial date has been set for the Waterloo man accused of stealing a safe containing $95,000 from an acquaintance in the town of Geneva nearly six years ago. In Ontario County Court on Oct. 11, a second jury will be selected to determine the future of 36-year-old Paul M. Paradise, charged in September 2015 with second-degree burglary and second-degree grand larceny, both class C felonies.
