Lansing takes field for first time without longtime coach

Other than the unseasonably packed stands, to a stranger, this just seemed like just another soccer game in Lansing, the start of another year and another bid for a local powerhouse to try and win it all.

Players from both the Section 4 Class C runner-up Bobcats and the visiting Watkins Glen Senecas ran through their warm-ups and when the time came, stood for the national anthem.
