Dustup over Conservative party primary for Ontario County Court judge

Did Ontario County Court judge candidate Brian Dennis mislead Ontario County Conservative Party members into thinking he was registered Conservative? The Democrat, says absolutely not. But the chairman of the county Conservative Party claims Dennis did and party members received letters about it.

Dennis is Ontario County first assistant district attorney. He is running against attorney Terence Robinson, a Republican, in Conservative and Reform primaries on Sept. 13 in the county judge race.
