Keuka Park residents air concerns to college

The Keuka Park Association met with representatives from Keuka College, Yates County Sheriff Ron Spike, and Town of Jerusalem Supervisor Patrick Killen to voice their concerns for the annual jump in the community’s population as 1,800 students return for the fall semester.

Parking issues, late night noise, and students respecting private property were chief among the issues raised. Past experience of illegal parking, blocking residents’ and emergency vehicle access to areas of the hamlet, has been a repeated problem they wish to be addressed.
