On Tuesday a four month investigation into the sale of heroin at various locations in the City of Geneva came to an end with an arrest.
The Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit along with marked units arrested Crystal M. Seymour, 26, of Geneva — charging her with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree — a Class B felony.
Bail was set at $125,000 cash or $250,000 secured bond for Seymour. Police say heroin was seized during the arrest and she is accused of selling heroin throughout the city of an extended period of time.
Authorities say that additional felony charges are pending at this time, and will be announced at a later time.
