Homeless man charged with selling firearm illegally in Ontario County

A homeless man was arrested on an Ontario County Court warrant for allegedly selling a firearm at an earlier date.

Deputies say that Corey Laraby, 28, of no permanent address was charged with criminal sale of a firearm in the third degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and criminal possession of a firearm in a warrant issued by Judge Kocher in Ontario County Court.

Deputies say Laraby was transported from the Cumberland County Jail in Crossville, Tennessee to the Ontario County Jail and is scheduled to appear in Ontario County Court at a later date.
