Seneca Sheriff’s Deputies seize 158 baggies of heroin after Fayette traffic stop

On Friday, at about 2:18 pm, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested two subjects following a traffic stop on Route 96A in the Town of Fayette.

As a result of the traffic stop, Sheriff’s Investigators seized 158 individually packaged baggies of heroin, five individual packaged baggies containing 14.1 grams of cocaine, and nine oxymorphone pills. Sheriff’s Investigators allege that the illicit drugs were intended to be sold on the streets of Seneca County.

Deputies arrested two individuals:

Andrew D. Parker, age 24, of 2194 East Seneca Street, Lodi, New York, was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies. Parker was additionally charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Third Degree and Operating with a Suspended Registration. Parker was arraig ned in the Fayette Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 secured bond. Parker is to reappear in the Fayette Town Court on September 21, 2016 at 6pm.

Britnie M. French-Lawson, age 22, also of 2194 East Seneca Street, Lodi, New York, was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, Class B Felonies. French-Lawson was also arraigned in the Fayette Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash bail/$5,000 secured bond. French-Lawson is to reappear in the Fayette Town Court on September 21, 2016 at 6pm.

The Narcotics Unit was assisted by members of the Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Division.
