Kenan Baldridge challenges Pam Helming to debates in 54th Senate District race

Following Pam Helming’s apparent victory in the 54th Senate District’s Republican primary, Democratic candidate Kenan Baldridge is looking ahead to the general election contest against the Canandaigua supervisor. Baldridge, D-Rose, challenged Helming, R-Canandaigua, to four issue-specific debates in the 54th Senate District race. The debates would focus on economic development, education and ethics reform, with the fourth debate being a town hall style event, giving voters the opportunity to share their thoughts, and ask questions of the candidates.
