Seneca Falls man charged after threatening Junius resident

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on September 20th at 8:55pm, deputies arrested 18-year-old Hunter J. Cardinale of of Seneca Falls after sending a threatening text message to another individual.

He was charged with one count of aggravated harassment in the second degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Cardinale is accused of sending threatening text messages to a male victim in the Town of Junius.

Cardinale was arraigned in the Town Of Junius where he was ROR’D. He is scheduled to appear back in the Town of Junius Court on October 20th at 7pm to answer the charge. A stay away order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
