On Sunday a 19-year-old Bloomfield resident was charged with violating the social host law, after law enforcement was alerted to a ‘large party’ taking place in Bloomfield on County Road 40.
Deputies in Ontario County say that Eammon P. Brown, 19, of Bloomfield was charged with violating social host law. The charges stem from an incident where deputies were called to his address for the report of a large party.
Upon arrival deputies say that multiple people had been consuming alcohol, and were under the age of 21. Brown was arrested and released with an appearance ticket.
