The Canandaigua Police Department reports that on September 21st a Canandaigua man was arrested after allegedly unlawfully entering a residence.
Officers say that Jedidiah L. Roberts, 21, of Canandaigua was charged with criminal trespass in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, and obstructing government administration in the second degree after allegedly entering a residence around 1:15 am at the above time without permission of the owner.
Roberts allegedly entered the bedroom of a 14-year-old male who resided at the home, and was allegedly arrested while in the bedroom. He then refused to be processed after his arrest, which resulted in additional charges.
He will answer all of the charges at a later date.
