Early goal in second half pushes Auburn boys soccer past Homer

Coming out of halftime and having already coughed up a two-goal advantage, the Maroons knew the next score could decide their fate.

Auburn boys soccer broke a 2-2 tie early in the second half on its way to a 4-3 win over Homer Tuesday at Auburn High School. The Maroons, who have already clinched their first sectional berth since 2010, improved to 7-3.
