Seneca Falls man charged with felony AUO after violating terms, driving without license

On September 29th at approximately 9:53 am, members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nicolas J. Blevins, 33, of Seneca Falls for aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, which is a felony. He was also charged with operating out of ignition interlock restriction following a traffic stop on Fall Street in the Town of Seneca Falls.

Blevins was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond and is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on October 3rd at 5 pm for a Felony hearing.
