Waterloo man revived with Naloxone after found in Seneca Falls parking lot

Seneca Falls police arrested Anthony J. Serafino, age 47 of W. Main Street in Waterloo, following the investigation into a one-vehicle accident in a parking lot off of Fall Street. The vehicle Serafino was operating had struck a guard rail and had come to rest.

Witnesses reported Serafino to be unconscious and police and fire personnel began CPR. It was determined that Serafino was under the influence of heroin and 2 doses of Naloxone were administered which revived him.

Serafino was transported by North Seneca Ambulance to Geneva General Hospital for treatment. His vehicle sustained heavy damage and was towed from the scene.

Serafino was charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on October 6th at 10:00 am to answer the charge.
