Geneva burglar accepts plea deal, will go to jail

One of two men arrested for an attempted burglary in Geneva a year ago accepted a plea deal Thursday in Ontario County Court. District Attorney R. Michael Tantillo said Andrew Mikos, 21, pleaded guilty to second-degree attempted burglary, a class D felony. He is scheduled to be sentenced Nov. 9 to six months in jail and five years of probation.
