Webster woman serving weekends in jail on fraud charges facing additional time behind bars

A Webster woman set to wrap up her sentence of weekends at the Ontario County Jail for her part in a mortgage fraud scheme was re-sentenced to serve another 30 days after she showed up to the facility intoxicated.

Janet Leigh Faticone, 52, in March was sentenced by Ontario County Court Judge William Kocher to serve four months of weekends in jail for her involvement in the scheme, which took place nearly seven years ago.
