Skaneateles man accused of stealing credit cards, using them at multiple businesses

A Skaneateles man is facing felony charges after being arrested by the New York State Police.

David R. Kerr III, 33, of Skaneateles was arrested on Wednesday. He has been charged with second-degree forgery and fourth-degree grand larceny.

He is accused of stealing credit cards and using them at multiple businesses in Cayuga County. He was granted pre-trial release, according to New York State Police and will be back in court on November 9th for further action.
