Seneca Falls man arrested on multiple charges after domestic incident

Members of the Seneca Falls Police Department report that on October 23rd at 12:02 am officers arrested a Seneca Falls man on a variety of charges after allegedly causing $150 worth of damage to an apartment during a domestic dispute.

Officers say that Tyler J. Mattison, 24, of Seneca Falls was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle in the third degree, driving while intoxicated, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and unlicensed operation.

Mattison allegedly left the scene of the domestic dispute with a local resident, which is when officers spotted and arrested him. He did not possess a driver’s license and his privileges were suspended on October 17, 2014 and October 5th, 2012 for failing to pay child support.

Mattison was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750 cash bail or $1,500 secured bond.
