Parts of Seneca, Ontario, Cayuga, Yates, and Tompkins counties could see their first snowfall of the year this week. The National Weather Service in Binghamton posted a graphic to their Facebook Page on Tuesday, highlighting the risk and outlook for snowfall on Wednesday night.
“While some snowflakes are possible tonight, chances are increasing that some may be seeing their first coating of snow on the ground by Thursday morning,” a spokesperson for the National Weather Services said.
