Sodus teens charged with burglary, larceny after Wayne County incident

A pair of Sodus teens were arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office after an alleged burglary incident. While details are scarce as to the specifics of the incident, the following arrests were confirmed on October 26th:

Deputies arrested Tru C. Marsteiner, 16, of Sodus for third-degree burglary, petit larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

Deputies also arrested Geoffrey D. Evans, 16, of Sodus for third-degree burglary, petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Both Marsteiner and Evans were arraigned in Sodus Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of bail. Marsteiner and Evans are scheduled to return to Sodus Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
