After a cold Trick-or-Treating evening last night, temperatures have spent the second half of the night slowly warming. It remains rather chilly this morning, with widespread 30s and a few isolated pockets of 20s. Once the sun climbs higher in the sky, temperatures will start to warm quickly.
Skies will become partly cloudy, but a decent amount of sunshine is expected throughout the day. The chances for rain have been removed from the forecast as well with shower activity expected to stay well north of the Finger Lakes. Temperatures will top out 25-35 degrees warmer than the overnight low temperatures. Many parts of the Finger Lakes will at least get near 60 degrees, with areas around Rochester and to the west shooting all the way into the mid 60s.
