Ontario County Judge candidate Terence Robinson rated ‘qualified’ by judicial committee

In a press release Wednesday, the Ontario County Republican Committee announced that Ontario County Judge candidate Terence Robinson, who is the endorsed candidate on the Republican, Conservative, and Independence party lines this November – received a rating of ‘qualified’ from an independent judicial rating agency.

The Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commission for the Seventh Judicial District announced the qualified rating for judge candidate Robinson on October 27th. The commission announcement stated that the action came “after careful consideration.”

“I am honored and humbled to receive the commission’s approval,” said Robinson. “As [Ontario County Judge], I will work hard every day to uphold the laws of our great state and nation.”

Mr. Robinson, a former federal law clerk, has worked for the last 10 years as an attorney at Nixon Peabody LLP. He has practiced in state and federal courts across the State of New York and represented individuals and businesses on a wide range of legal issues.
