Seneca Falls man charged with criminal trespass

On Sunday at 2:05 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christopher C. Nageldinger, age 28 of Seneca Falls, for Criminal Trespass 2nd degree following a complaint received by a Town of Seneca Falls resident.

Nageldinger is accused of entering a local resident’s home without permission and refusing to leave.

Upon police arrival, Nageldinger was found inside the residence and was subsequently arrested.

Nageldinger was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 bail/$1,000 bond and is scheduled to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on 11/24/2016 at 10:00 am.
