Waterloo woman arrested for violating order of protection

The Waterloo Police Department arrested Danielle M. Bourne, 22, of Waterloo for criminal contempt in the second degree. It is alleged that Bourne made verbal threats to a Village of Waterloo resident and at the time there was a valid stay away order of protection in effect against Bourne protecting the victim.

Bourne was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Struzik where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $250 cash bail or $500 secured bond.

Bourne is to appear in Village of Waterloo Court at a later date to answer the charge.

If you have such a violent dislike of another person, why don’t you just have nothing to do with them? Why would you even need to have a protection order placed against you? DUH!!!
