Cortland downs Ithaca for 7th straight Cortaca Jug

SUNY Cortland will remember the 58th annual Cortaca Jug game for its seventh straight victory in the series, and Ithaca College will remember it for coach Mike Welch’s emotional farewell following the contest.

Quarterback Brett Segala completed 27 of 46 passes for 358 yards, four touchdowns and three interceptions and the Red Dragons held off a late Ithaca rally to earn a 28-16 victory on Saturday in windy, 45-degree weather at Cortland Stadium.
