Canandaigua woman charged on 125 felony counts of falsifying business records

A 29-year-old Canandaigua woman is facing a total of 127 felony charges after an investigation into falsified business records at a Subway and Arrow-Mart in Canandaigua.

The department says that on Wednesday at 9 am they charged Andrea J. Bilodeau, 29, of Canandaigua with two counts of grand larceny, and 125 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree. All 127 counts against her are felonies.

They stem from an investigation into a series of incidents that took place when Bilodeau was employed at Subway and Arrow-Mart located at 540 North Main Street.

Bilodeau allegedly occurred from July 2nd through September 4th and resulted in the theft of approximately $2,313. Investigators say that a series of fraudulent returns were made at the store resulting in the theft.

Bilodeau was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 secured bond.
