Auburn man charged after domestic incident in Seneca Falls

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of an Auburn man after an investigation into a domestic dispute that took place in front of two children.

Officers say that Sean A. Kopper Jr., 31, of Auburn was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child, criinal obstruction of breathing, second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal contempt.

The charges stemmed from a domestic dispute that took place between Kopper and a female resident while in the presence of two children.

Police report that Kopper was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond.

He is set to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court again on January 5th at 9 am.
