Health Central in Auburn, seeking PILOT extension, plans renovations for new tenants

The Auburn Industrial Development Authority will hold a public hearing Wednesday as owners of Health Central seek new tax breaks.

Central Building LLC. has applied for a 10-year extension to the existing payment-in-lieu-of-taxes agreement on the property, at 37 W. Garden St. Additionally, the corporation has also applied for $36,400 in sales and use tax relief associated with planned renovations to Health Central’s third floor.
