NY troopers help rescue dozens of puppies after Steuben Co. crash

Dozens of puppies are expected to be OK after a box van they were being transported in crashed in Steuben County Tuesday.

According to New York State Police, the crash happened on Interstate 86 in the Town of Avoca. Troopers said a box van driven by Emily Woodrum of Missouri was carrying more than 100 puppies when she lost control of the vehicle, causing it to hit a ditch and overturn.
