Capital Project vote in Dundee happening Wednesday

Residents in the Dundee Central School District will vote on the proposed capital project Feb. 8 from noon to 8 p.m. in the Public Meeting Room.

The main focus of the project is improvements to the bus garage and storage. The total cost of the project is $15.9 million, which will be eligible for state building aid. The district will apply nearly $1.7 million in reserve funds as well, so the impact on the local property tax levy will be an additional 38 cents per $1,000 of assessed property value.
