One facing felony charges after drug investigation in Geneva

The Geneva Police Department reports that three city residents have been charged after an investigation into drug sales on Wadsworth Street.

Members of the Geneva Police Detective Bureau, Drug Enforcement Unit, Ontario and Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies, as well as marked patrol cars executed a search warrant at 17 North Wadsworth Street — ending a three month investigation.

FrankDerick J. Lugo Jr., 19, of Geneva was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance — a Class B felony.

Two others present at the time of the search were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Those two were identified as Alexander Lugo, and Carlos J. Davila-Lugo.

FrankDerick Lugo, who was the subject of the search has additional felony charges pending against him. Approximately $4,000 in powdered cocaine and $1,100 in U.S. currency were seized.
