Couple sues town of Geneva over property conflicts

Steve Fox and Shawn Peisher once saw the construction of their new home on Seneca Lake as a fresh start.

Both had gone through fairly recent, difficult divorces. Fox, an electrical contractor, has three children; Peisher, a math teacher at Midlakes Middle School, has two.

“We were so excited to build our dream house. Since we began dating in the summer of 2014, we have always tried to be very aware of the impact on our children,” Peisher said. “We even went to counseling briefly to obtain advice on blending our families. Our dream home is supposed to be our fresh start for us and our five children.”

That is not the way it turned out.

    That sounds like a hotmess and that some one is being anal some where or just being a thorn. It’s a wall oh my goodness. Is it hurting any one? If he got the ok for all this to be built and was approved after the work was done? What’s the real problem here… Just saying
