Waterloo man charged with possession of heroin packaged for sale in Seneca Falls

On Monday at approximately 7:45 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Lawrence J. Scesny Jr., age 50 of Waterloo, following a traffic stop on Fall Street.

Police charged Scesny with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd, a class B Felony, after discovering Scesny was in possession of a quantity of heroin which was packaged for sale.

Scensy was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 insurance bond. He is scheduled to return to the town court on February 23, 2017 at 9:30 am to answer the charges.
