Canandaigua woman faces multiple charges after disrupting traffic on West St.

The Canandaigua Police Department reports that a Dansville woman was arrested on multiple charges, including resisting arrest after she allegedly walked down the center of the road in Canandaigua.

Officers charged Michayla A. Welytok, 23, of Dansville with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and two counts of obstructing governmental administration.

She is accused of walking on a dobule-solid line in the middle of West Street, causing a traffic hazard, refusing to cooperate with authorities and physically resisting arrest.

She then allegedly refused to be fingerprinted and photographed.

The charges will be answered in Canandaigua City Court.
