Seneca Falls man charged with falsifying SNAP application

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 21st at about 6:15 pm investigators arrested Brandon A. Button, 23, of Seneca Falls for one count of first-degree offering a false instrument for filing.

It is alleged that Button filed false information on his application for SNAP benefits from Seneca County Department of Human Services.

Button was issued an appearance ticket for the Village of Waterloo Court on March 15th at 5 pm to answer the charge.
