Four charged in Moravia meth-lab bust with eight kids in the house

Four people have been charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and eight children were removed from a home following a police raid in the town of Moravia.

According to a news release, a search warrant was executed at 5623 Sayles Corners Road Feb. 16 by members of the Finger Lakes Drug Task Force, which is comprised of members of the Auburn Police Department and the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office.

As a result of the search warrant, eight children were removed from the home by child protective services. Police said that as a result of their investigation, all individuals were arrested and arraigned on Thursday in Moravia Town Court.
