Deputies arrested Anthony M. Petti III, 19, of Canandaigua for driving while ability impaired by drugs. During the traffic stop deputies found he was in possession of several plastic bags, which were later determined to be heroin.

A passenger in the vehicle, who was identified as Ryan Edward Oswald, 30, of Penn Yan was found to be in possession of hypodermic needles and several plastic bags of heroin.
