Rochester man charged with DWI in Canandaigua

A Rochester man was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, and faces numerous other charges after a traffic stop for failing to signal on two separate left turns in Canandaigua.

The stop happened on Saltonstall St. and 30-year-old Andrew J. Koscielski, of Rochester was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation, improper or unsafe turn without signal, inadequate plate lamps, and was also issued an appearance ticket for unlawfully possessing marijuana, which was discovered during the arrest.

All of the charges will be answered at a later date in Canandaigua City Court.
