Two Canandaigua residents are facing charges after they worked together to undermine the usefulness of a ignition interlock device.
Deputies say Christina A. Thrall, 35, of Canandaigua requested that William Head, 38, of Canandaigua to blow into her ignition interlock device for the purpose of making her vehicle operable in violation of her conditional discharge.
She also solicited an unknown female to blow into her ignition interlock device at a Canandaigua business in order to make her vehicle operable.
Head was issued a ticket for blowing into an interlock device for the purpose of providing a restricted individual with an operable motor vehicle.
Both will answer the charges at a later date in Hopewell Town Court.
