Sophomore attackman Chris Aslanian erupted for a career-high 13 points and led the Hobart College lacrosse team to a 17-5 Northeast Conference victory over Wagner College on Boswell Field this afternoon. His point total—the most ever by a Division I Statesman and third most by a Hobart player all-time—came on six goals and seven assists.
To say the Westfield, N.J., native got off to a fast start would be an understatement. He had a hand in his team's first four goals, scoring the first and assisting on the next three as the Statesmen built a 4-1 lead.
Wagner first-year attackman Dominic Branda made it a 4-2 game four minutes into the second quarter. He was the only Seahawk with multiple points in the game, finishing with a goal and an assist.
