FL1 File Photo

A Canandaigua man is accused of driving while intoxicated, after deputies in Ontario County found his blood-alcohol content to be three times the legal limit during a Gorham crash.

The stop happened on County Rd. 18 after he drove into a ditch. When deputies responded, an investigation found that 27-year-old Brian D. McGeary, of Canandaigua was driving while intoxicated. His blood-alcohol content was .24 percent, according to deputies, which resulted in an aggravated driving while intoxicated charge.

He was also charged with common law DWI and failure to keep right.

All of the charges will be answered in Gorham Town Court at a later date.
