The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 23-year-old Fairport man following a property damage accident, where a vehicle was found disabled in a ditch.
Deputies say Nathan John Klein, 23, of Fairport was driving a 2002 Dodge Caravan on State Rt. 332 while he was intoxicated. He drove into a ditch, thus disabling his vehicle.
He was issued citations and will appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
