Skaneateles superintendent will discuss 2017-2018 budget, Project 2021 at public forum

The Skaneateles Central School District will address subjects such as the 2017-2018 budget, the capital improvement project, Project 2021 and enrollment on Monday, according to a press release from the district.

A community forum will be held Skaneateles High School Auditorium at 6 p.m. Superintendent Ken Slentz will do an overview of the budget process and discuss how the building plans — both in the present and for the future — set by the district will coincide with the district's projections for future enrollment.

“The conversations at these gatherings give us important ideas of how we can improve our work on behalf of kids, families, and the community in general,” Slentz said in the press release. “As such, we encourage and are hopeful for a good turnout.”
