The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on April 8th deputies arrested Edward W. Robinson, 26, of Lodi.
Deputies say they observed a suspicious vehicle parked on Butcher Hill Rd. in Lodi. It was discovered that the passenger, Robinson had two active arrest warrants out of the Covert Town Court for disorderly conduct and second-degree harassment, which are both violations.
These charges stem from an incident that occurred in Interlaken back on January 16th. Robinson was arraigned before Judge Schmidt in the Town of Covert Court, and was released on his own recognizance.
Robinson is to reappear in Covert Court on May 1st at 10 am.
