On May 12th at 1:47 pm members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Town resident on two counts of trespassing, as well as a criminal mischief charge related to an incident where a window was broken at the abandoned Seneca Falls Town Office Building.

The site, which is currently abandoned at 10 Fall St. is where police say 39-year-old Paul J. Schramm entered after breaking a window.

He was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal trespass, as well as fourth-degree criminal mischief.

He will answer the charges in Seneca Falls Town Court on June 14th.
