Geneva man charged in Seneca Falls after domestic incident

On May 18th at 10 pm members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a Geneva man following a domestic incident.

Joshua A. Rotondo, 19, of Geneva was charged with second-degree harassment, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Rotondo was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and released on his own recognizance.

He’s due back in court on June 14th at 10 am.

An order of protection was also issued following the incident on behalf of the victim.
